Is your organization tax-exempt?

Option 1: Buy Now (Credit Card Purchase)
Click the “Buy Now” button to be directed to our secure Shopify checkout page, where you can complete your purchase using a credit card.
Option 2: Purchase Order (Agency / Department Orders)
If you are purchasing on behalf of an agency or organization, you may upload a purchase order and complete the required form below to initiate the order process with the QuickCollar team. Once received, our team will review and confirm your order details.
Tax-Exempt Customers
All tax-exempt customers must click the “Submit Tax-Exempt Certificate” link and upload a valid tax-exempt certificate. Orders will not be processed as tax-exempt until proper documentation is received and approved.
