Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
QuickCollar™ products are classified as personal safety equipment and therefore cannot be returned once purchased.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than verified manufacturing defects covered under our Limited Warranty.

If you believe your product is defective, please refer to our Warranty Policy below for instructions on how to obtain service.

Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage
QuickCollar™ warrants to the original retail purchaser that the QuickCollar Pro™ is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in the inflatable bladder, seams, and harness assembly
  • Defects in the inflation mechanism (excluding CO₂ cylinders)
  • Structural or workmanship defects in straps, buckles, or other integral components

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, scratches, abrasions, or environmental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • CO₂ cylinders or consumable items
  • Damage caused by commercial or rental use, or any use outside normal purposes
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use or property damage

Warranty Service Process
To request warranty service:

  • Retain your proof of purchase.
  • Notify QuickCollar™ within 10 days of discovering the defect.
  • Provide photos or videos of the issue and a written description.
  • Return the product (at your expense) for inspection once authorized.
  • If your product is found to have a covered defect, QuickCollar™ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost. The replacement will carry the remaining term of the original warranty.

Except for the express warranty above, all other warranties (express or implied) are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. QuickCollar™ shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
