Our commitment

What we have done

We have taken the following steps to make this website accessible:

  • Added descriptive alt text to all product images, banners, and videos
  • Ensured full keyboard navigation throughout the site, including the navigation menu, search, cart, and checkout
  • Provided a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users
  • Verified color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements across the site
  • Enabled guest checkout so users are not required to create an account
  • Ensured all links have descriptive text, including notices when links open in a new tab
  • Verified our announcement bar carousel pauses on keyboard focus and includes appropriate screen reader labels

Known limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility issues and are actively working to resolve them:

  • Form fields — Our contact, demo request, and purchase order forms (powered by the Shopify Forms app) currently have placeholder text that may not meet contrast requirements in all configurations, and form fields may not display a visible focus indicator for keyboard users. We have reported these issues to Shopify and are awaiting resolution.

Some content on this site is provided by third-party services, including the Shopify Forms app. While we work with these providers to address accessibility issues, we cannot always directly control the accessibility of third-party components.
